Welcome to our EMPLOYEE PAYROLL PORTAL, a tool to use in managing your personal payroll records. Through this screen you will be able to view your current paycheck stub, all prior paycheck stubs for the current year and your W-2’s! Pretty handy!

Your employer should have provided you with a letter of instruction with the hard copy of your W-2. Please have the letter (which contains the company name and your ID) handy. If you don’t have the letter, give us a call. For privacy and security reasons, setting up the access requires a bit of conversation.

• The Firm ID is: 81088
• The Client ID is: Your Employer’s name from the letter
• Employee ID is: Your last name and first initial
• Password is: Your social security number + your zip code (entered like this: *********+***** )

The next step asks you to select an ID or Login of your choice and a password of your choice. Please also put in your email address and hit enter.

An email will come to you from “Web Employee” and it will have your Login and password and a link. Go to that link and activate your account with your self selected Login and password.

You are done! You can log in any time, from any place here: EMPLOYEE WEB PORTAL.
